The ARI Radar/ARPA simulator is a complete simulation solution meeting the requirements for simulators as per regulation I/12 of STCW 2010. The Radar Simulator can be used to conduct the IMO Model course 1.07 and has been type approved by the DGS, Government of India for that purpose. It may be used to conduct Radar/ARPA courses for navigators at both operational and management levels.

Wartsila (Ex TRANSAS) ECDIS-RADAR/ARPA Simulator is based on the Navi-Sailor Multifunction Display (MFD) 4000 and fully compliant with the latest performance standards for shipborne navigation equipment. The simulator exercise contains twelve ships model of various sizes and types and also twelve different sea areas around the world.

This simulator is used for mandatory ECDIS and RADAR/ARPA training requirements for operation level and management level deck officers.
